Hi! I’m a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Emory University.

As a Black woman, I prioritize cultural humility, anti-racism, and gender affirmation in my practice, highlighting how systemic inequalities affect our paths to wellness. My clinical and research interests focus on decolonizing therapeutic practices for marginalized communities.

I am passionate about working with teens, adults, couples, and families. I aim to create a collaborative, empowering space that fosters self-discovery and vulnerability. I believe in tailoring treatment to your unique needs using evidence-based practices rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. With transparency and empathy, I hope our therapeutic relationship is a vehicle for healing that centers community and emphasizes your strengths.
